1. Return Period

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase and return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

This right applies to all eligible products, including items purchased during promotional campaigns, discounts, or sales.

2. Conditions for Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund

• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received
• The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
• Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided
• The return request must be submitted within the applicable withdrawal period

Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds cannot be accepted for

• Personal care, intimate, or sanitary products once opened
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
• Products that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery in a manner that prevents resale
• Any item excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in situations including, but not limited to

• Products returned with missing components or accessories
• Products showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature and functionality
• Products returned damaged for reasons not attributable to our company

The amount deducted, if any, will reflect the reduction in value of the returned item.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and issued using the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund

• Verify your bank account or payment method
• Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing delays may occur
• Allow additional time for the refund to be officially posted

7. Sale and Promotional Items

Products purchased at discounted, promotional, or sale prices remain eligible for return and refund within the applicable withdrawal period, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if an incorrect product was delivered.

Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. We are not responsible for products lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit if shipped without prior authorization. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
